SECTION 01

映画えいがを観みる会話かいわを 練習れんしゅうします。
Let's practice conversations about seeing a movie.

練習れんしゅう1

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• 映画えいがが もうすぐ 始はじまりますよ。
  The movie is about to start.
• まだチケットを買かっていません。
  I haven't bought the tickets yet.
• 僕ぼくが さっき 買かいました。はい、どうぞ。
  I bought them earlier. Here you go.
• ありがとうございます。チケット代だいを払はらいます。
  Thank you. I'll pay for the ticket.

主語しゅごの意志いしでコントロールできる動作どうさ(動詞どうし)を 意志動詞いしどうし、コントロールできない動作どうさ(動詞どうし)を 無意志動詞むいしどうしと 言いいます。
Voluntary verbs are actions that can be controlled by the subject, while involuntary verbs are actions that cannot be controlled.
■雨あめが降ふる → 誰だれも雨あめをコントロールできない ( = 無意志動詞むいしどうし)
It rains → No one can control the rain ( = involuntary verb)
■私わたしはケーキを作つくった → 私わたしの意志いしで作つくった ( = 意志動詞いしどうし)
I made a cake → I made it by my own will ( = voluntary verb)

「はい、どうぞ」は、相手あいてに 何なにかを 渡わたす時ときに 使つかいます。相手あいてに 何なにかを 促うながすときにも 使つかいます。
"Hai, douzo" is used when handing something to someone. It can also be used to encourage someone to do something.

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。空欄くうらんには (     )に書かかれた動詞どうしを 適切てきせつな形かたちにして 入いれましょう。 終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. Fill in the blanks with the appropriate form of the verb written in the parentheses. After that, switch roles and try again.

[対話文たいわぶん1]

• 映画えいがに カーンさんを 　　 ?　(誘さそう)
  Shall we invite Khan to the movie?
• そうですね。でもカーンさんは、ホラー映画えいがは苦手にがてですよ。
  Sure, but Khan isn't good with horror movies.
• では、カーンさんを誘さそうのを 　　、 ロスさんを 呼よびましょう。　(やめる)
  Then let's not invite Khan and ask Ross instead.
• そう思おもって さっき ロスさんに 電話でんわ 　　 。　(する)
  I thought so too, so I just called Ross earlier.

[対話文たいわぶん2]

• 初はつデートはどうでしたか?
  How was your first date?
• とても 　　 。　(緊張きんちょうする)
  I was very nervous.
• チケットは 高たかかったですか?
  Were the tickets expensive?
• 友人ゆうじんから 割引わりびきクーポンを 　　 、高たかくなかったです。　(もらう)
  I got a discount coupon from my friend, so they weren't expensive.

下したの 対話文たいわぶんは 観みたい映画えいがが満席まんせきで、困こまっている会話かいわです。 空欄くうらんには 自分じぶんの 考かんがえを 入いれましょう。
The following dialogue is a conversation that takes place when it's found out that the movie you wanted to see is fully booked.

• 次つぎの回かいは、2時間後じかんごですね。
  The next show is in two hours.
• 他ほかの映画えいがに 　　　　 ?
  Should we see a different movie?
• そうしましょう。「青空あおぞらのかなた」は、まだ 10席せきほど 　　　　 。
  Let's do that. "Aozora no kanata" still has about 10 seats available.
• じゃあこれにしましょうか。
  Shall we go with this one then?
• 今度こんどは、お互たがいの友人ゆうじんも 呼よびたいですね。
  Next time, I'd like to invite our friends too.
• そうですね。私わたしの親友しんゆうを 　　　　 。
  Sounds good. I'll invite my best friend.
